In January, I’m guiding a small group of women through a month of tracking spending.

⛔️ no judgement

⛔️ no tightening belts

🔮 just honest awareness

💸💝 Everyone will be gifted a lush spending tracker/money diary that helps you see not just what you’re spending, but WHY you’re spending it, which is often the missing piece.

At the end of the month, I’ll be coaching around the pattern spotting, because that’s where things really click. When you can see your patterns clearly, you can BUILD A BUDGET that actually supports you for the rest of the year. And yes, it will have a FUN category.

The aim is steadiness - SMOOTHING the rollercoaster so money feels less emotionally exhausting and more supportive of both safety and joy.
