How likely are the members in your community to ask questions?
If there is something we all care about it's for the members in our communities to feel welcome, seen, and most importantly, comfortable and safe.
But how do you make sure your members feel like that?
What I am focusing on at the moment is to make asking questions the norm.
In the CLUES community (Curiosity in Life, to Understand, Evolve, and Succeed) we are all about curiosity so it only makes sense that asking questions is encouraged.
Even if that's part of the focus, making sure your members do feel comfortable and safe in doing so is key. After all, tat's how we want to feel in other communities ourselves too, right?
How do you approach this?
How do you make sure your members feel comfortable enough to ask questions?
