Question about yarn specifications

Question about yarn specs...

I'm watching the classroom videos. As she begins the scarf project, Kim talks about using "any 4 weight yarn... " then continues to describe the number of stitches and rows that are on the label.

Yes...I'm new to all of this and I'm wondering if anyone has compiled a cheat sheet of yarns weights, stitch and row measurements that work best on our machines (my Sentro, if it is different from Addi).

I'm a big fan of spreadsheets and if I knew the specs I would be glad to make a spreadsheet for the community to use.

Maybe I am overthinking this but it's just my approach to life. 🙃
