Yesterday I told you that I had shared some exciting news with our Inner Circle members first...and now I can finally tell everyone!
π§Άπ° September 1β3, I'm hosting a LIVE 3-Day Craft Show Vendor Training right here in our community!
Our theme is:
MAKE β’ SELL β’ PROFIT
If you've ever thought about selling the things you make at craft showsβor you're already doing vendor events and want to become more intentional about actually making money from themβthis training is for you.
Over three days, we'll walk through the journey from maker to profitable vendor.
π§Ά DAY 1 β MAKE
What should you make? We'll talk about choosing products, yarn and materials, production time, inventory, product mix, market saturation and creating products people actually want to buy.
ποΈ DAY 2 β SELL
We'll tackle choosing the right shows, booth setup, displays, signage, customer psychology, selling without being pushy, making it easy to buy and turning browsers into customers.
π° DAY 3 β PROFIT
We'll dig into product costs, pricing, event expenses, profit, knowing your numbers, local business requirements and figuring out whether that "great show" actually made you money.
We'll have four sessions each dayβtwo in the morning and two after lunch.
And don't worry if you can't attend everything live!
π₯ ALL SESSIONS WILL BE RECORDED AND REPLAYS WILL BE AVAILABLE.
