It worked

I was able to get a handicap parking spot at both McDonald’s (food was brought to our table) and the library so I didn’t really need to use the tether. But since we were early at the library event, we took a short walk to see how it worked. The little ones are being trained to always hold each other’s hand, so I only needed one loop for Hampton and Sullivan to put their hands thru. Thanks all for the suggestions.
