Getting mildly frustrated

Still working on my poncho. I’ve got the two sides done, and now I need to attach them with a space for the neckline. My count and measurements keep messing up. I absolutely KNOW they are the same number of rows, but trying to find exact middle of each panel is driving me crazy! I keep messing up the stitch count.

Oh well. It’s dinner time so I’ll put it up for now. It’s bound to be better later.
