Shift your focus…
Sometimes when we’re healing, it’s easy to focus only on what still hurts. But gratitude helps gently shift our focus back to what God is still doing, even in the middle of the process.
Healing may not always feel fast, but every small step matters. The fact that you’re still showing up, still praying, still trusting God little by little — that matters more than you realize.
📖 “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” — Bible 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending everything is perfect. It means choosing to recognize God’s goodness while healing is still unfolding.
💛 Today’s Gratitude Practice:
Pause for a moment and thank God for 3 small things today — even if they seem simple.
A deep breath.
A peaceful moment.
A supportive friend.
A reminder from scripture.
A little more strength than yesterday.
Small gratitude moments help calm the nervous system and reconnect us to hope. 🌿
👇 Share one thing you’re thankful for today.
