I want to talk to the woman whose body feels like it’s constantly on edge. You love God. You want peace. The truth is, many women are living with a dysregulated nervous system and don’t even realize it. Your body may be stuck in what’s called survival mode — where your brain and nervous system are constantly scanning for stress or danger. When this happens, you might experience things like: • anxiety in your chest • emotional reactivity • constant exhaustion • shutting down emotionally • feeling overstimulated • snapping and then feeling immediate guilt This isn’t because you’re weak. It’s because your nervous system is overwhelmed. That’s why I’m offering something simple and supportive right now 👇 A 60-Minute Nervous System Reset Session. During this private session, we’ll gently walk through what’s actually happening in your body and begin helping your nervous system slow down and regulate again. Trauma healing starts with awareness.
