But healing often happens when we slow down enough to receive what God is trying to give us! “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28 Take 10 minutes today to sit quietly with God. Slow down …
💜 Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is stop rushing. The world says hurry. God says abide. 🙏🏻 When we constantly push ourselves, our nervous system stays on high alert. Healing requires moments of safety, stillness, and connection with God. Healing Tip: Choose one moment today to slow down intentionally—whether it’s drinking your coffee without distractions, taking a prayer walk, or sitting quietly with God for five minutes. “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31 God renews what stress has depleted. He restores what overwhelm has worn down. 😩 You don’t have to rush your healing journey. God is faithful in every step. Where in your life do you feel God inviting you to slow down and trust Him more? ✨
