So my husband was killed in an an 'alleged accident accident' whilst in scotland on a liveaboad diving trip', commercial vessel in 2012 At that time we had been married 18 years and had a 9month old son and I was also pregnant, unfortunately I lost the baby 3 weeks after burying my husband!!

Denied a Police liason officer and to be frank impolite have fobbed me off at every avenue nothing to do with us Scottish police. Scotland you live in England your local police and round in circles it continues, this is despite threats to my life directly in relation to the case, I've even sat in Lloyd house on two separate occassions for the whole day with my son refusing to move until a ststement taken to date never have!! Video footage of professional drones inside my garden 3x and issues of being followed, nothing!!!!

So I'm obviously widowed, single and sole carer to my son who is now 13 and has disabilities (so some protected rights)

When my husband died contacted local, bham solicitors thompsons I was called back from their Scottish offices and told as he had died in scotland it needed to be dealt with in Scotland, more recents I've been told no it could and should have been dealt with in England as you are all English and only ever lived in England and it was dealt with by Birmingham coroners! There is also paperwork where the initial coroner whom was looking at corporate manslaughter stated all agencies need to become involved and now!! Not that anyone did!! And that the family would benefit from actions in England!!

I've always insisted it should be dealt with criminally but who am I...thompsons raised to civil claims one for me and one for our young son. In 2016 I received calls from media for comments?? On what I asked?? You cases been timebarred??? Didn't even know what it meant. Quick call to solicitors and then a letter confirming. Infact there had been two hearings that we had not been informed off. Devaststing. It was during this time I had two threats against me and a bizzare convo someone giving me lots of info?? And need to walk away?? Its been he'll. Anyone who has kids knows you will fight all the way fir them especially having lost there dad!!

So an appeal takes place against the time barr mine remains my sons claim can continue.. at this point I then have a claim of admitted professional negligence against thompsons which im advised I have to wait until my sons claim wins so it will be automatic payment, no argument!! Have to get new solicitors urgently as they can no longer represent because professionally negligent against me but I'm also my sons guardian which creates conflict of interest!! So that's thompsons hands washed. The other parties defence disagrees with my son wining his appeal and take him to the UK Supreme courts in London, the stress has been immense. Ok so he wins this unanimous and landmark case aged 6🥲💪 so his father death can now be heard in his name. So 10years on it goes to court 7 day hearing with Lord sandison 1 day in court rest online so after travelling to Scotland miss lots of the online as still in scotland, travelling and looking after my son. What I can say is what I did see was like watching coronations treet if u get the gist and loads of co flicts of interest happening?? Despite that judgement issued in sons favour at long last it's done!!! Even receive the decree...then bombarding blast defense are appealing?? Wasn't aware they could. Find out again from media, on the radio a hearing taken place we have no knowledge of?? Apology received it was all last minute?? Fly to Scotland with my dad for appeal raise conflict of interest all ignored, last minutes online hearing taken to some side room where they tried to prevent my dad coming in?? I insist and drag him with me. No access to laptop or microphone (as always) as progresses I'm concerned when judge asked question which im fully aware is answered by my sons qc incorrectly (as documented throughout) and request hearing is paused to talk to our qc. I'm walked out the room and told I cannot do this!! Long story I know everything is overturned my son walks away with nothing. He was so proud to win uk supreme hearing he flew justice for my dad after this he said robbed of my dad and now any justice. Then dropped by the solicitors.

During all this time my claim high value over one mill for admitted professional has been cisted in court for protection. With the history in scotland and treatment by courts and solicitors I have been asking for it to be transfered to England which im simply told cant do!! But it's not actively been heard yet.

Current situation thompsons have put in place a firm brodies who were also the defence in my sons claim?? Also I understand that one of the judges who was party to overturning my sons decree and the hearing I didn't know about his wife is director/shareholder of brodies?? Surely that could be perceived as a major conflict yes No I don't know.

I'm now suffering chronic stress after 13 years of this shite with no support in England as its all been up in scotland. Citizens advice here can't help coz Scottish courts and citizens advice scotland no postcode or residence so no help. The coroner had also stated, and documented he may as well have died in Tanzania!! I think I understand now why this had been said!!

So 9 July this year I have to go online for a bi order hearing. I have sent signifant paperwork to judge giving info re concerns threats to life and also pictures of extremely concerning health and safety breeches at time of husbands death all still being ignored. Provide her with Dr's note ststing chronic stress my son out of school 12months due to bullying re fathers death and then ai nude images circulated by students, no support given, treated appauling by police no response to complaint, criminal matter and students were death with eventually by police so he's been home 24/7. My doctors note used against me, told off for smoking in my own home and then stated in highly unusually circumstances I'm asking brodies to complete open record?? Don't even know what it is but like I want them completing it....I'm besides myself...

I have contacted the government human rights who have highlight based on some info given, lots not breeches of article 6 8 think 14 etc..

I received email yesterday from courts Motion to close record and send fee of ££243

I bet u have all fell asleep.

Don't know if any can help but I need representation urgently. I have been told there is a formal application thst can be completed for transfer to england, I deffo have every reason to support this, there is lots thst needs to be done

Any suggestions 🙏 and apologies if this don't make any sense
