Hi All, wondering if anyone can help me? Using Peter's process I filed an N1 with the online court in Northampton back in Feb/March this year. I'm taking ACI UK LTD to court for £5000 for a breach of my data. They rebuttal the claim and Peter helped me to counter that. I've just received this today in the post.

Does it mean I have to go through the whole process again now but through the Small Claims Track?
