Little question
I’ve been a BTL landlord but now the properties are getting repossessed for a variety of reasons. There is one that was taken by the lender a few months ago. Yesterday I received a bill from that council for a months council tax that hadn’t been paid for that property. Should I respond given that I have nothing to do with that property apart from the fact that name is still on it?
