Letter Before claim against me
Ive received a letter before claim from a dca Moriarty Law on behalf of JC International who bought the 'debt' from 118. I recently SAR'd Moriarty as they were contacting me regarding a Scottish power debt but they only passed SAR onto SP and not JCI. Is that right?
Anyways, to cut to the chase, I've SAR'd JCI in the past and I didn't follow up their response to sue them as I was just so busy with other things.
Do I now SAR them again with equity SAR? Do I need to mention anything on letter before claim etc? Do I Cc moriarty law in too?
