Council tax liability order.

So I was on holiday before Christmas when a council tax liability order arrived.

Usual threats of enforcement if I dont pay etc.

My question is, do I wait for the bailiffs to send me a letter or turn up before sending a SAR to the council or do I start with them and then continue once the goons get involved?
