Correct name of company
Am I correct in saying that the company name to submit a SAR to Cabot is Cabot Financial (UK) Limited? I have checked the FCA and cannot find any Cabot company registered with them even when checking the registration number quoted on their letter. They have informed me they have bought my Santander credit card debt! TIA
