I had to submit my Debt CCJ Appeal without the CCJ letter, as it didn't arrive until the 14 day deadline

I had 21 days to Appeal and the N164 says I MUST include the CCJ letter with the form, but the STAY of enforcement N244 application has to be submitted within 14 days, ideally both together.

The Contact Centre said email both forms to Norwich.

I wrote an epic Appeal with the aid of ChatGPT and DeepSeek. I spent 30+ hours to create it. Emailed it, followed by the Addendum 3 days later, and the court rang me 2 hours before the deadline yo take payment. £15 + £147.
