We all know AI tech is moving at lightning speed, but actual adoption? Still in its earliest days:

📊 Only 39% of Americans have ever used AI tools.

🏢 70% of employees never use AI at work.

💼 Only 1% of companies say they’re truly “mature” in AI adoption.

If you’re in this group, you’re already ahead of the curve. But being early isn’t enough. The key is to figure out how you can best help people to adopt AI.

I believe AI adoption doesn’t happen through top-down mandates—it happens through individual empowerment.

Businesses that succeed in AI won’t force employees to use it. They’ll help them become AI Directors, orchestrating custom AI for their own workflows.
