How can we bridge the AI adoption gap?
We all see it—AI’s capabilities are accelerating exponentially, yet actual adoption is linear, and lagging far behind. In my AI coaching work, I’ve noticed a huge divide forming between:
🔹 A small group of AI Directors—people who are integrating AI into their workflows daily and seeing massive benefits.
🔹 And the vast majority, still dabbling, hesitant, or overwhelmed, struggling to move beyond experimentation.
In my view the biggest AI advantage that people and companies can find right now isn’t technical—it’s behavioral. Simply getting into the habit of using AI for as much as possible.
The real unlock happens when people shift from seeing AI as a tool they occasionally use to a multi-pronged system they actively customize and orchestrate.
I explored this in a recent appearance on The Uncharted Way podcast, and then put the best video clips into an article for the We 💙 AI Substack: From AI Anxiety to AI Advantage
Curious to hear your take—what’s been your biggest insight or challenge when it comes to promoting AI adoption that gets real results?
What do you find are the most effective ways to lead people to their AI "Aha!" moment? 🚀
