This week, we made these high-protein chocolate muffins and I have to share…
They’ve been a favourite in our house.
Quick. Simple.
And actually support energy + cravings (not spike them)
And honestly… this is the best part of what we’re building inside this space:
One of our amazing students shared this recipe and now it’s something my whole family is benefiting from.

Want the recipe?
• 1 can chickpeas
• 1/3 cup cacao
• 1/2 cup honey
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Blend → bake at 350 for 25 mins
