I asked Grant about those snapshots he has been sending regarding tracking his different habits. The app is called HabitShare and it is reallly easy to use. It has already made a difference for me in less than a week of using it. Breaking down the activities that I want to be a normal part of my life into individual actions has already started to guide the daily compass.
