1st win- how this all started
So the first official win for the community was April of 2023. I woke up, started my day (I think we were on Easter break) and I went to my parents' house where my sisters were. They asked me the million dollar question like they had been asking me for the last 2 years: "how are you feeling today?" And for this particular day, I finally felt.... relaxed. No more chest pains. I slept through the whole night. I didn't need to carry around pepto with me all day. I just felt relaxed. Almost like I did before the anxiety and burnout. My response lively as I said "I'MMMM BACKKKKKK!" They thought.. what is he talking about now? And I explained that the entire process, the training, the learning, the research, the behavior change... it worked. I felt like myself again. It took about 4 months, and it is still an uphill battle sometimes, but its a WIN. Feel free to share WINS at any time in this community, especially on Friday! Nothing but good vibes here. Grant

Big News! And Input Needed.
So, first of all thanks for being here. If you are in this group, it's truly personal and I cannot thank you enough for supporting me in this move! Next, I want to have a sort of "challenge" in January.. Like a 10 day bootcamp. Thinking about hopping on zoom every night or something for 15 minutes, but also want to make it a monetary challenge in here based on interaction and points/levels. Seriously, just brainstorming here. Thoughts appreciated below..
