Flush Workshop Replay And Power Point
Hey Queens!
Are you ready? Did you get your supplies? Tomorrow we start drinking our apple juice. Check out the replay from today for our 7 day protocol. If you are doing this with me then Friday night you will have to put the kids to bed early and Saturday you will need to be home, close to a bathroom. It's a sacrifice but totally worth it! We must be locked in for the flush protocol and no worries if you are not ready this go around. In order for thing to run smoothly, you must attend the enema workshop and the Day 6 Workshop happening on Friday at 4p. If this time does not work for you but you still want to do it, then I will walk you step by step. So give yourself some grace, as I know the challenges of life are strong right now but so is our drive.
After watching this video you feel as though you are not ready to do the full gallbladder release it is still all good. I can give you more information or talk to you personally.
But at the very least to have a good detox ... for these next 7 days and you will do the following:
- Increase Water intake
- Avoid All the toxic things alcohol, sugar, coffee, soda, meat, butter, peanuts cashews and Peanut Butter, canned foods, white rice,
- Drink Organic Apple juice
- No hot or cold foods or drinks
- Perform at least one at home enema
- Use only Bonners Peppermint Soap
- 1 teaspoon of Chlorophyll in the mornings
- Stretch Daily
- Meditate Daily
- Affirm your body is a temple daily
- Eat no later than 8p
