Hey Queens ... the Flush Work Shop Start in 55 minutes. I'll go over more details on the detox. Hope you have gathered supplies so that we can do this together. I will be starting Sunday drinking my 32 ounces of apple juice and cutting out the meat! Hope to see you all there!
