I noticed a boost in bone mass recently and also in height. 1 month and a half ago I was just a bit under 1.79, now I’m just a bit under 1.80. I’m 20 still growing apparently, so if you’re a teen or past your teens then there’s still hope, it may not be over. What wins did you guys have recently?
