🌛WHEN TO SLEEP? HOW TO SLEEP?
SKIP TO ”B” for the MAIN ANSWER ————A———— A lot of people in the modern world get their sleep disturbed by unnecessary schedules, bad environment (cities or simply speaking indoors), blue light (and all kinds like violet), hot rooms, closed light, EMF exposure, noise, stress, alarms / work times, being unhealthy, consuming wrong foods. This is purely dangerous and can even stop your body from growing if not getting good sleep. Those people simply CANNOT feel good and refreshed by going against nature. Just like the sun (check art.2 in nature’s category about SOL punishing you), again you get punished for doing the wrong things. Your own body tells you that just by how you feel. All of these stupid calculations - ”ohh I should sleep at that time or that time and get that much sleep etc” - are useless and stressful and don’t make any sense. There is also NO absolute way that you can make these calculations accurate, EVER. ”Seasons” change, and the time of a sunset and sunrise can change even a few man-made minutes ahead or before EACH and passing day (and yes that’s how it really is). That’s why it’s never accurate, and there is no way to calculate exactly how much your body needs to sleep. It’s stupidity. You can fall asleep and just by how you feel you can rate how much sleep you need. Or by the time you wake up. You should sleep how much your body wants to! You could never make a man-made schedule work. Never. If you’d set yourself maybe 8 hours of sleep (at a very late time), you’d get up feeling like sh!t and eventually get sleep insomnia. It’s impossible to adapt your body to that. You’re not supposed to stay awake for extremely long when it’s pure darkness (even though that could not be a problem for a natural primitive man, because he’d be aware sleeping (check African tribe documentaries), or stay if there is anything going on - but that’s NATURAL! So it won’t do almost any damage…). If a natural man would stay up on force (somehow without all the dopamine drive and electronics), then it wouldn’t be a big problem for him compared to the modern human (even with 😳).

A lot of people - mostly insiders / unhealthy „humans” especially when talking about sunny times (as the subject suggests), experience a kind of “punishment” after going out in the sun.. YES. from nature. A BAN? For what? A BAN From enjoying yourselves in a warm climate (meaning it prefers YOU trying to survive in the cold as you’re already enduring something worse). From a lot of people’s experience including myself, you can notice unhealthy people getting sunburn very often or “sun poisoning” and other effects that badly impact the human body. That’s the Sun and Nature giving you a sign: Y O U. A R E. U N H E A L T H Y. This is one of the tricks used to manipulate the masses. They don’t want you to go out in the sun, and it’s not even a simple fake news trick. This is a multi layered well thought out plan. They promote unhealthy food, anti-sun chemical bombs, and the aftermath? You become incompatible. You’re unable to live out in the rays of the sol, which literally fuels your “soul” - from the Latin sol. Read about the hidden meanings and ancient worships about how the sun was valued in “past” times. (If existed, and it aligns exactly with the known timeline - the version of all animal humans - the main world philosophical view…. The thought of life, death, past, present and future.) This has multiple layers and hidden programs that spread like a plague. We can skip all the brainwashing methods applied but these are enough: 1. People being afraid of the sun from the news (seeing proof, some ”death” counts). 2. From personal experience + news (being unhealthy, applying anti-sol products) 3. Trauma (from the damage) because of your unhealthy condition in the sun etc. Isn’t the Sun great? Instead of letting you die, it informs you of your unhealthy habits. LESSON? DON’T be afraid of the sun. Stop consuming unnatural items that are designed to make you go against the sun. It’s designed to make you sick, so that you become even more afraid to go out.

🌞 SOL CAN PUNISH YOU!? 🌞
💧Water is not water anymore.
This is a picture I took while being in the Polish mountains. What can you notice? The water is alive moving, flowing. It gets constant sunlight and fills up with nature’s energy. Today? Water has been destroyed by multi billion companies. They’re actively infecting and destroying our local lakes, seas, rivers, and any body of water out there with poison and chemicals, so that you either won’t be able to drink it naturally or you get tricked like the rest of the sheep into thinking it’s natural water. That’s why you see a lot of us drinking milk more often. (It all comes down to the resources you have and environment - you can get fresh actual water, blood, milk, so it depends on what we have and what we can do.) The water is secretly artificially changed nowadays through big factory machines, and it’s stripped off of its actual nutrients. They’re trying to make you think that the bacteria in the water, the alive elements that LITERALLY make you FEEL alive, are BAD! That’s why you see filters being advertised all around the world. Why? It’s because when YOU decide to go for an adventure and somehow find an accurate good source of alive bodies of water, they want you to feel afraid (bacteria, parasites, etc) so that later you can use their false water destroyer products! You’re being lied to. They want you to feel afraid so that you won’t move a tiny bit away from the public version of lifestyle. We’re the only animal species that do all of this garbage! Do you see a wild animal drinking liquid through some idiotic plastic filter tube? NO! They all live happy and fulfilling lives and they don’t magically pass away the next day as we’re being told…. that’s nature’s gift - use it. I’m not going to write a whole book here now ok?
