How to improve your diet
Not all meat is created equal.
After almost 5years of making beef my staple meal I've noticed a few things.
The type of meat you eat makes a big difference to your recovery after a workout. And just in general.
For me,
Beef has worked best for after intense strength training
Chicken has worked best after jumping. Or anything that puts a lot of pressure on my tendons/ligaments
Liver has worked best if I feel grogginess in the morning
Eggs have worked the best when I need to eat but don't have an appetite
Butter has worked the best when my muscles feel dehydrated despite having enough salt and water
(I think the fats help to moisturize internally if that makes sense to you πŸ˜…)
Lamb has worked well when I wanted to add more fat into my diet
Heart worked the best when I needed an energy boost but didn't feel like eating liver
Kidneys worked well when I felt lethargic
