Every morning I go for a walk at 6 AM. Itโs dark so I wear a headlamp, but itโs the most peaceful time of the morning and Iโll either listen to podcasts, or music or sometimes just nothing but it just centers me for the rest of the day and I love it, and I highly recommend some type of meditative Exercise that grounds you. whether itโs first thing in the morning or last thing in the evening.
