As an effort to reduce collateral damage with any gained weight this euro trip….. I weighed this morning. I was delighted to see I only put 3lb on.
Making positive food choices when possible, taking the stairs over lifts/escalators and walking when hanging around the airports, dancing in the car for 4 hrs during carpool karaoke has definitely paid off. I stayed consistent even when I had no other options. I was particularly proud of Thursdays results as I travelled 6 hrs on the plane, 1.5 on the metro and multiple hrs in the car and still smashed over 14k steps 💪
