Draw out your week - add in your non negotiables (things that have to happen) then you can see the empty spaces. I mean, add in travel, sleep, eating, stuff for kids - the lot!
Then when you think you don’t have time, you’ll know that isn’t true.
Add in
10 min walks (it’s an extra 1000 steps of speeex walking)
10min workouts!
10 min meal preps for lunches so you don’t grab junk!
10 min calm moments to yourself
