Started this week, feeling under parr and 9ff work for a couple of days.. I listened to my body, just walked, ate well.. and tonight I went back to thw gym ( wasn't feeling it before I went!)
Things changed... I walk/ ran my quickest 5k for about 3 years.. and then had the best lower body weight workout.. focused on weight increase and less reps , spending the time working how far I could push my body... who knew I could leg press 200kg.. 6 reps!
Managed 7 personal bests and left 2 and half hrs later feeling fabulous..
Listening to my body gave it the rest it seems to have craved and has left me stronger.. thats got to be the best win going into the weekend 🤩
