Let’s talk tummy area
I get asked a lot how to get rid of the “mum tum”
Firstly - let’s normalise having a bit of a tummy especially if you’ve birthed children or are hitting age 40.
Good news is there are things you can do to help reduce it, make it look and feel leaner.
  1. FOOD - this is the key - in order to get rid of any fat, we need to clean up our diet and (you know k don’t like counting calories) we need to be in a deficit. How do you do this without counting. PFF!! Food that fuels - means you can move more, keeps you fuller longer means less snacking, less hunger = less calories naturally consumed.
  2. More movement - DAILY - increasing movement daily is far better than any added gym session and this is where you need to make daily tweaks to burn more calories (keep watching as I’m launching a movement challenge next week)
  3. Toning exercises to strengthen core. These need to be done regularly otherwise you will get nothing. Usually people do ab exercises once a month then nothing for two months…
Grab my simple ab workout here- it’ll give you a good “burn” you can do with or without bands.
