I’ve not been able to record workouts like I used to and it’s made me feel useless.
But tonight I remembered what I tell you all, “we have to be bendable - we can aim to achieve something but sometimes we have to alter the method”
What I’m trying to achieve is to keep you all engaged and wanting to get more active. So tonight I had a lightbulb moment - I don’t have to do the exercises - I can search for good classes that I’d recommend and give them to you, just while I’m physically unable to.
