More people are enjoying the books, particularly in the retirement sector and community. We are looking for more affiliates who want to enjoy the journey with us. Over the years I've learned something rather simple. We often think making a difference requires a grand gesture, a large donation, or a huge amount of time. But most of the positive things I've seen happen in communities started with something much smaller. A phone call. A kind word. Checking in on a neighbour. Helping someone who is struggling. Sharing knowledge. Listening without trying to fix everything. Small actions have a habit of growing. One act of kindness encourages another, and before long a ripple effect begins. I've seen it in policing, Rotary, community projects, and now in online communities like this one. So here's my question: What's one small thing someone did for you that made a bigger difference than they probably realised? I'd love to hear your story.
