Extreme Makeover
Good afternoon from Victoria in Australia. My wife and I by pure chance, perhaps not, have been watching You Tube and one particular program, "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition". Here is the link to the one we watched this morning: A Blind Father Faces Daily Risks In An Unsafe Home | Extreme Makeover: Home Edition | S5 E16 Please take the time to watch this as it shows more than even what Caring and Sharing is all about. I look forward to receiving your feedback.

Affiliate's
More people are enjoying the books, particularly in the retirement sector and community. We are looking for more affiliates who want to enjoy the journey with us. "Caring and Sharing" is becoming more important than ever. I am surprised how many people are feeling isolated. Drop me a line if you or anyone you know would be interested. Let's help more!

It Doesn't Have to Be Big – Just Do a Bit
Over the years I've learned something rather simple. We often think making a difference requires a grand gesture, a large donation, or a huge amount of time. But most of the positive things I've seen happen in communities started with something much smaller. A phone call. A kind word. Checking in on a neighbour. Helping someone who is struggling. Sharing knowledge. Listening without trying to fix everything. Small actions have a habit of growing. One act of kindness encourages another, and before long a ripple effect begins. I've seen it in policing, Rotary, community projects, and now in online communities like this one. So here's my question: What's one small thing someone did for you that made a bigger difference than they probably realised? I'd love to hear your story. As we say in Yorkshire: "Look after folk, and they'll remember long after they've forgotten what you said." — Martin

A Question for Community Builders
I've spent most of my life helping people—first as a police officer, later through Rotary, community projects, and now through my Caring and Sharing books. I'm looking for a handful of people who believe that kindness, purpose, and connection still matter. If you run a community, newsletter, coaching business, retirement group, or simply enjoy recommending useful resources, I'd love to have a chat about becoming an affiliate partner. No hard sell. No get-rich-quick promises. Just good resources, fair commissions, and the opportunity to help people who may be struggling with retirement, redundancy, loneliness, or finding their next chapter in life. If you'd like to know more, send me a message. Sometimes the smallest introductions create the biggest ripple effects. 🌊 Thanks in advance Martin
