Negotiations?
I would love to hear everyone's best or latest hack / technique for helping maximize client's salaries. Both promotional / internal as well as new hire / external.
My biggest foundational hack is changing "Could you do ..." to "I am looking for ..." in language and confidence. Passive requests vs confidence parameters produce wildly different results.
What are your thoughts?
