It’s surprisingly easy for a business to feel busy and stuck at the same time.
You’re working, posting, delivering… but everything starts blending together, and it becomes hard to tell what actually moves the needle.
That “everything feels important” mode is where most solo coaches get trapped.
Not because they lack discipline, but because building alone makes priorities blur fast.
Scott, one of my clients, went through a version of this too.
He wasn’t short on effort; he just didn’t have a clear path.
Once he had direction around one offer, one focus, and what could wait, all the effort he was already putting in finally started compounding.
His story isn’t unique, it’s just a good reminder that clarity is often the real bottleneck, not work ethic.
