This question comes up a lot when people start exploring career coaching.

“Do I need a certification before I can do this seriously?”

There’s a lot of debate around it.

Some people see certification as essential.

Others see it as optional.

And there are plenty of successful coaches on both sides.

So I’m curious about this community.
