Our mission is simple: to elevate the entire industry, one operator at a time. To make sure this journey is epic for everyone, we have a few golden rules that keep our community thriving, supportive, and professional.

The 5 Golden Rules of The High Ground

This is our #1 rule. We’re all climbing our own mountains, and the best way to the top is by giving each other a boost. Healthy debates are awesome and help us all grow. But personal attacks, trash talk, bullying, or any kind of discrimination? That’s a quick way to get sent back to basecamp. Let’s keep it positive and professional.
2. Keep it Real (No Spam or Sleazy Sales Pitches) 🚫
This is a place for sharing knowledge, not for hawking your wares. Dropping unsolicited links to your products or services is a no-go. We want to hear about your wins and your work, but let’s do it authentically. We’ll have designated spots to share what you’re working on. Trust us, the best way to build your brand here is by being genuinely helpful, not salesy.
3. Share the Wealth (Give More Than You Take) 💎
Saw something that blew your mind? Figured out a killer new SOP? Share it! The more value you pour into this community, the more you’ll get out of it. Drop your knowledge bombs, answer questions, and share your experiences. Let’s create a rising tide that lifts all boats.
4. Stay on the Path (Keep it Relevant) 🗺️
We cover everything you need to succeed in our 8 Pillars. To keep the conversations focused and high-value, please keep your posts related to these topics. If you post something totally off-trail, our moderators might gently guide it back or remove it to keep the feed clean for everyone.
5. Play it Smart (Legal & Safe Content Only) ⚖️
We’re all professionals in a highly regulated industry. Let’s act like it. Do not post or share anything that promotes illegal activities, is sexually explicit, or is otherwise harmful. All discussions must stay within the bounds of legal and compliant business practices. Let’s take the high road, always.

• Removal of a post or comment that’s off-topic or breaks the rules.
• For repeat or serious offenses, a timeout or permanent removal from the community.
