This is one of the oldest breath work techniques that I know, and practice one of the first ones that I ever learned. It’s super simple easy to practice and you can do it absolutely anywhere. It’s sometimes called square breath or tactical breathing. Step 1- Breathe in to the count of 4 Step 2- Hold your breath to the count of 4 Step 3- Breathe out to the count of 4 Step 4- Hold your breath to the count of 4 Repeat this process 4 times🥰🧘🕉️ If you are able to sit and do this practice, you will reframe your nervous system, your thinking, emotion, attitude and whole well-being. let me know if this works for you!!
