Breathe in everything good and breathe out everything negative. With every breath out, breathe out something unnecessary. Negative thoughts, emotions or memories. Whatever is weighing you down breathe it out through your Breath ✨✨✨
Do this for 8 minutes. Breathing in general calms the body and relaxes the mind. Intentionally letting go of negativity with every breath will allow you to feel lighter and even more powerful.✨✨
