Methylene blue
I've been researching supplements for my protocol lately, and came across 𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘺𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘦 𝘣𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘩𝘺𝘱𝘦.. Especially its benefits for mitochondrial health. So, I decided to ask the man, whom Thomas Seyfried calls a world leader in mitochondria biology and his good friend; here @Egg Scrambled has a post with him. I thought you might have heard about it as well.. Here is what he says (screenshot attached): Dear Svetlana, So far, there are insufficient evidence for methylene blue showing a beneficial effect on cancer. I am not saying that it does not work, I am saying that there are not enough data yet to make a conclusion. But it does not hurt taking it. Best regards, Christos
