My fathers PET-CT after 5 months of strick keto

No FDG avid abdominal, pelvic or inguinal lymphadenopathy noted.

Intense increased FDG concentration noted in non circumferential wall thickening involving anterior wall of rectum on left side at 1 - 2 o'clock position with max thickness of 2 cm extending over a length of ~3.4 cm from a distance of ~ 4.0 Cms from anal verge with max SUV of 8.6 (delayed SUV 14.7).

Non-FDG avid subcentimetre sized mesorectal lymph node noted.

Need solution or correction why cancer recurrence happens when he is on keto. I have attached the blood report and PET-CT .

Please guide me for further assistance for my fathers treatment
