I thought I'd show you some of the progress I've made. Since August 2025, I've been focusing on building a solid foundation for handstands. Now that I can hold a handstand for 30 seconds or longer on a regular basis, it was time to set some new goals.
One goal for 2026 is to do free-standing HSPUs. To achieve this, I've included several exercises in my training (elevated pike push-ups, wall-assisted HSPUs, free-standing negative straddle HSPUs, and frog to HSPUs). Yesterday, I saw good progress in all areas, especially in terms of strength. You can see some videos below.

PS: Frog to HSPU currently looks like a horse kick - don't laugh at me - I'm slowly working my way up 🤣
