💭What does Freedom mean to you?
Hi warriors, What does freedom mean to you? For a long time I thought freedom was tied to things. Possessions. Goals. A certain idea of how life should look. Then I started thinking about it differently. Our perception is shaped by childhood, the people around us, and the media we consume often without us even noticing. Without metacognition, without consciously questioning our own thoughts, truly free thinking is harder than it sounds. For me, freedom is no longer a concept. It’s a feeling. Specifically: the feeling of gratitude and happiness. Being able to move freely is both expression and gratitude for me. Gratitude for a body that works, that grows, that carries me through life. If you’ve read this far thank you sincerely for your time. That’s not something I take for granted. 🫶🏽 What does freedom mean to you? Saludos, Coach G

@Mk Duma my employer allowes us to work every 2 years remotely for max. 2 weeks. So this year I will go again but this time to Tarifa in Spain (I am a windsurfer 🤭). There is a street workout place right next to the beach too 😍😄

@Mk Duma omg that sounds really like a dream! Idk if that would be possible with my employer as it is a small company and social contact is important. But maybe one day ☺️

Hi Warriors! Last week I was seriously productive and I can’t wait to share it with you. 🔥 Three new YouTube videos are on their way: 💪 0–100 Pull-Up Progressions 🤸 Handstand Tutorial for Complete Beginners 🔥 8-Minute Follow-Along Core Workout In the meantime here’s a little compilation from today’s training. Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with today’s performance. But I’m just happy to be moving and doing things that once seemed impossible. 😮‍💨 And honestly that’s what it’s all about. Now I want to hear from you! 👇 How was your week? Any wins or setbacks to share? Drop it in the comments, every update counts. We’re all in this together. 🤝 Saludos, Coach G #gogetit #youcantoo #progressnotperfection

I was sick the whole week, so no training for me at all 😔 but sometimes rest is needed and I am looking forward to train again soon 🤞
Small steps towards HSPU
Hey guys! I thought I'd show you some of the progress I've made. Since August 2025, I've been focusing on building a solid foundation for handstands. Now that I can hold a handstand for 30 seconds or longer on a regular basis, it was time to set some new goals. One goal for 2026 is to do free-standing HSPUs. To achieve this, I've included several exercises in my training (elevated pike push-ups, wall-assisted HSPUs, free-standing negative straddle HSPUs, and frog to HSPUs). Yesterday, I saw good progress in all areas, especially in terms of strength. You can see some videos below. If you got any good advices or feedback, I always appreciate it! 🙏🏼 PS: Frog to HSPU currently looks like a horse kick - don't laugh at me - I'm slowly working my way up 🤣

@George Santos Thank you so much for your feedback! I wasn't aware that my elbows were sticking out, but now I can see it clearly. I'll try to keep them "tucked in," like in Pike pushups. I think I'm doing it right there (or lets say better :-D).

I will give it a try! 🙈 No idea if I can bring all the reps in, as my usual training is already quite time consuming. Buuut I thought, better to try than not to try 😄 will do it as an intermediate...

I am very proud about this achievement in 2025 🤩 But I tend to cheat with chicken wings, so I added another strength routine where I am working on assisted symmetric transitions. So hopefully in 2026 I can make more reps with clean execution. 💪
