Just wanted to share this win with you from one of my online coaching students. Manu came to me asking for guidance for the handstand, muscle up and the pistol squat.
Some of her wins since she started working with me:
- Went from 0 Pull Ups to doing 10 minute EMOM's 4 reps +2.5 kg (which is HUGE! )
- From 0 seconds to 30 Seconds Handstand hold
- Lastly from 0 Pistol Squats to her first (unlocked just recently) 🥹🥳
As a coach seeing my students win is a reason to celebrate therefor I felt like sharing this with you.
