Autoregulation help
for those who autoregulate planche training, how do you actually decide what to change on a given day?
for example, if the main progression is normally going well but i feel a bit worse than usual, how do you decide between:
  • keeping the same progression but doing fewer sets
  • switching to an easier progression
  • keeping the volume but lowering intensity
  • or ending planche work altogether?
and what objective signs do you use to make that decision (hold quality, seconds, shaking, RIR, performance compared to previous sessions, etc.) rather than just going by how you feel?
also, how do you handle this across a week with hard/medium/technique days? do you keep the day types fixed and autoregulate the dose within them, or change the whole session depending on readiness?
