Hey Legends 💪💪 I’m so hyped to host our first private call with all Premium tier members at the end of this week. I’m going to answer all of your questions. Some of you have already asked me a few important ones, so we’ll definitely cover those as well, including nutrition, recovery, progressions, exercises, and more. I created a poll so we can choose the best time for everyone. The call will also be recorded and posted in Classroom > Past Calls (Premium), so everyone in the Premium and VIP tiers can rewatch it if needed.
