Skill prep
What is a good baseline for fundimentals before I start focusing on skills? I'm currently at 24 clean push ups, 9 dips, and 13 pull ups.

I suggest increasing the repetitions of dips, 13 pull ups is crazy for me, and 24 push ups is better to move to another variation like elevate push ups

The split that worked best for me—at least personally—was Push/Pull/Legs, of course, it depends on how much time you have, what you do, and what your goals are.

I also recommend understanding the tension mechanics of the muscle you’re working—for example, retraction for the back, the stretch for the chest, and so on. You don’t need to conduct exhaustive research, but I do suggest looking into a few things beyond the basics, such as nutrition, rest, the best exercises, technique, etc. Its very important to have a good technique to prevent injuries
