Funding for Deal or structure?
Thinking about structuring your next deal and if it’s even lendable? Need help with commercial or maybe residential?
I just recently connected with a member of our community who specializes in this type of business and I’ll share his business card in the comments.
This was what he said in our conversation of what he specialized in….
“On the commercial side, I’m with Sunnyhill Financial and we handle debt nationwide, typically $1M and up. Multifamily, industrial, retail, office, mixed use, hospitality, development, bridge, owner user, and some of the more complicated situations that don’t fit neatly in a bank box.
I’m also licensed on the residential side in CA and AZ, and our team has coverage in 25+ states.
Where I think I can add value to the group is less about being another lender posting rates and more about helping people figure out whether a deal is actually financeable and how I’d structure it before they spend a bunch of time chasing financing.”
That last thing he said really connected with me and I hope it does for anyone looking to underwrite a deal and what it would look like on paper.
If anything in this conversation I shared is something you need, please send him a message. His contact card will be in the comments. Thank you Mr Alex for your time. Hope to see you in one of our coffee hours.
