Upcoming Webinar about Joint Ventures

We have 3 spaces available to join me and my team in a joint venture.

We work with people that want to acquire SMEs in the UK, North America and Australia.

Our model is to Buy, Build, Sell - initially we acquire a platform company in a fragmented marketplace, then build it both organically and through making tactical and strategic acquisitions with a view to then selling a larger group over a 3-5 year timeframe.

Joint ventures work best when we are working with someone focused on their industry area of interest (maybe you own a business / have ran one / worked in one / have contacts in / are passionate about it). This is because we bring the M&A expertise to get deals done and you bring the industry knowledge and contacts. Together we will do three things 1. find and do a deal 2. attract the capital to get it done and 3. build a world class team as part of the process.

It will likely take 9-12 months from a standing start (quicker if you already have deal-flow / contacts) to complete a deal and there is a lot of work and effort that goes into the process. You have to source a deal, procure it, negotiate, undertake the due diligence and legal process and of course find the money to do it.

We will show you how (& do most of the process for you). You need to be able to support yourself financially during this time (as you won't earn any money until the deal gets done) and be able to apply around 10-15 hours (or full time !) to this - most of your time will be spent on zoom meetings with potential targets (business owners) - sourcing is pretty much automated and the best use of your time is talking to prospects.

We will then 'hold your hand' and work with you through the process of structuring a deal, negotiating, agreeing it and then manage the process of due diligence, legals and fundraising. If you would like to find out more I am running a webinar on Wednesday 16th April at 9am London time.
