To Partner or Go Alone?
So, what do people say? When buying a company, should you go alone or partner up with someone else? Pro's Con's. Let's take a vote: Please respond 'Partner' or 'Alone' in replies. Partner means to sign formal partnership/JV agreement to team up to complete the acquisition(and share equity) and Alone means 'I want to do this alone and keep all equity to myself'.
